She has addressed various HR forums and has spoken on NHRD, EWIT, CII, IEEE, Rotary Club forums, People Matters, Big FM Radio talk shows and has moderated discussion panels.
She has spoken in various Colleges such as MOP Vaishnav, MCC, DG Vaishnav at Chennai to create awareness on sexual Harassment and to stress the need for Women to grow to leadership positions.
She has addressed school children on the importance of Consent, Good touch, handling teen relationships and mood swings.
Viji Hari is also an active member of the Professional Speakers Association of India.
